Order Issues

How do I know if you received my order?

You’ll get a confirmation email with your order details. If not, check your spam or email us at account@gloopee.com.au.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order is placed. For address errors, email us within 1 hour.

I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

We’re unable to cancel orders after they’re placed. Please check your details before confirming.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 28 days to return full-priced items in original condition. Final sale items and accessories can’t be returned.

How do I return an item?

Email account@gloopee.com.au with your order details and images. We’ll guide you through the return process.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Refunds incur a $10.5 handling fee. Store credits and exchanges are free of charge.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email after shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping costs?

FREE on orders over $79. Standard: $9.95 / Express: $14.95.
