Return Policy
We want you to love your GLOOPEE swimwear — but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
- We offer free return shipping for all returns opting for Store Credit.
- You have 28 days from your order date to lodge a return request.
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, tags attached, hygiene liner intact, and scent-free (including perfume).
- Please allow 5–7 business days for our returns team to process your return.
- Returns opting for a refund will incur a Postage fee is responsible by customers.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE, purchased with a 25% or more discount, or from flash sales, cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If your first order used our welcome discount code and you choose store credit, the 15% discount will still apply to your exchanged order.
- Headbands are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Email us at account@gloopee.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
- Postage Fee: is responsible by customers.
- Refund method: Processed to the original payment method used.
- Processing time: May take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Store Credit
- No fees: Store Credit returns are free of charge.
- Validity: Credit valid for 2 years (24 months). Cannot be extended after expiry.
Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team — we’ll guide you through the return process and make things right.
Discount Codes
- Items purchased with a discount code under 25% are eligible for return.
- Sign up to receive a 15% welcome discount on your first full-priced order.
- Promotions and flash sales are exclusive and non-retroactive — we do not offer refunds or price adjustments for orders made before a sale.
- Welcome discount is valid for full-price items only.
